  If there was only a category for a terrible review.... Don't be fooled by the sugary and obsequious teller introductions. At my final transaction with this institution, my teller froze up and then became very rude with me when challenged with a matter that is very simple (foreign currency, in this case). I had to ask probing questions to determine that she had no idea why her employer's policies were in place, only being repeatedly told that they were in place. This particular teller treated me as if I should have known in advance that Wright Patt would not even *deposit* a check from the Canadian Government, and that I was an impediment to her good day for so inquiring. I have worked in customer service for more than 4 decades, and therefore I know when I am being treated by somebody who lacks proper training by an employer and who is friendly and nice only when the transaction is an easy one. If this were the first instance, I would blow it off as an isolated incident but this was the third consecutive visit where I came away feeling that I was talked-down to. At my earliest convenience I closed my account and moved all of my money over to a REAL bank that understands what good customer service means.
